I purchased orchard, citrus and cedar, and bay rum. All are not very subtle. You’ll know exactly what you’re smelling, unlike more blended, general scents. That’s not always bad. Orchard however, is terrible in my opinion. It’s sickly and powdery. Cedar and citrus is by far my favorite and the most subtle of the three. Bay rum is very on-the-nose allspice, rum, clove etc, but it’s nice if you’re in that mood. All last a fairly long time, so the quality can’t be too bad. They won’t be displacing my Hermès or Motley any time soon, though.

The cedar citrus is amazing I use it as a cologne and even spray two or three sprays on myself when I get out of the shower. Not overpowering and doesn’t give me a headache like most fragrances. Quality product like everything from this company. Have used many of their pomades as well and love them all. Very satisfies!!

This was one of a pretty big number of purchases from this company, but just like each and every one of the others, this “room spray” is so overpowering to the extreme that when it first hits you the first thing that immediately hits my brain is ”poison, get out”. From the very first spray my olfactory system simply begged for death, my poor cats and husky having already evacuates the entire floor of my home with urgent purpose. The experience can be summarized as this: After seemingly being shot out of a Smokey black powder cannon through the murkiest quagmired woodland one could possibly imagine, finally fizzling out to a acrid almost sticky room oddly reeking of peppercorn breakfast bacon burnt to blackened charcoal.
Mmmmmm, truly a delight for the senses! All the rage and fanfare from all visitors, friend and family alike! ... not...
Never again!

I recently purchased O'Douds Apothecary shampoo and conditioner and really liked the products. I wanted to support the brand so I bought the Bay Rum scent, but not sure what I was thinking... This product is an answer looking for a question. The scent is way too strong and harsh to work as a personal scent that you smell all the time and close by and I much prefer a candle for room or environmental treatment. I have no idea how I will use this product although I will still consider the brand for other products.
