Why so expensive though? They're selling the box, 36 packs, for $90 shipped. Thats $22.50 for 9 packs. Then on this deal they're selling 45 packs for $130 shipped... $26 per 9 packs. Why? lol those are some expensive lands.

KTO1MSRP for Fatpacks is about 40$ But you just know LGS are going to charge 55 - 70... and scalpers online will sell them for 90 - 100 And a Booster Box MSRP is about 95$ Which LGS may charge anywhere from 90 - 100 which means scalpers will sell them for anywhere from 120 - 150
So now with all the math here... MSRP (before tax and shipping) comes out to about 135$... oh look, even with shipping we're paying 5$ less than MSRP so yeah this is a value. And if you want to support LGS fine, 145 - 170... yup we're saving here too And do I really even need to mention the scalpers again?
I'm a very fiscal person when it comes to this kinda thing, I absolutely refuse to spend more money than a product is worth... and I backed this thing so there's a good hint for ya.
Now one could argue that it's cheaper to buy the individual cards I want... and I agree. But there's just something about opening packs... plus can hold draft events with your friends So I absolutely endorse this drop. It's the best deal I can see trying to get these two products. Especially while they're still relevant (though who am I kidding... the longer they're around the more expensive they're going to get... Magic's weird like that)
tl;dr RTFC nub

BizDaretzBooster Box MSRP is not $95. That's discounted. A booster boxes MSRP is $3.99 x 36 packs or $143.64.

SnypreNot quite. The $143 you noted is the value of the box if sold pack by pack. While WOTC doesn't set an MSRP for boxes, most retailers sell sealed boxes for $90-100. Go to your local card shop and ask if they can place an order for you, that's most likely what you'd pay. Further, distributors and retailers get heavy discounts when ordering boxes, some as much as 40-50% off. So they pay closer to $60 per box. If a retailer is selling a box for ~$100 they aren't discounting it, they're just being honest and not marking up the product any more than most others. If you pay $120+ for a box it's probably out of print or in limited supply (or you should find a most honest vendor to do business with).

SnypreYou get a deal for buying a box over individual packs. Boxes for around 100 per box or 550-580 for a Booster case (6 booster boxes) Your math is how card stores make money on packs. They buy a Booster box for 100, then sell individual packs at full retail, they make 50.00 per box sold.
