Product Description
This modern-looking watch from Obaku Denmark will complement a dress shirt just as well as it will a polo. Though there’s not much going on in the dial, there is a large 24-hour subdial at 9 o’clock for a bit of flair and a date window at 3 Read More

I am actually very annoyed with this drop. I ordered the umber but got the cognac instead. I have emailed massdrop for a period of over 2 plus weeks and they refused to answer my queries. I keep getting generic answers
can someone please help me out. I want a refund

Received mine today. Nice watch overall. However I ordered the cognac but got the umber. I'm not that disappointed though. The black trim around the hands gives them a thinner appearance, which I think is more fitting to this watch.

My order was delivered on Monday. It is as pictured and I like it. However, the package arrived with a tan leather strap on the watch, a black leather band and ANOTHER tan leather strap - no mesh band.
I reported it immediately (via this website) and got an autoreply that it was referred to another "department." I suggested that they ship a mesh band and a return label for the duplicate leather strap.
NO REPLY. NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Crickets . . . . .

I assume the 24 hour dial is synchronized and cannot be independently set? Doesnt say which miyota movement but I'm not sure they have a dual time.
The synchronized subdial clutters what looks like it wants to be a bauhaus-esque appearance, and aside from letting you know if it is AM or PM serves no real function.
Pass.

I'd do this in a 40mm. This dressier style doesn't work with such a chunky size.

For a dress-style watch, it's too large, and WAY too thick. 14 mm? Good luck fitting that under a dress shirt sleeve. I could live with the lack of water resistance since it's really not a sport watch or dive watch. And the case diameter wouldn't be terrible for us with a little thicker wrists, if only the watch was a little more svelte. Otherwise looks to be a decent watch with a nice design and a typical (dependable) japanese workhorse movement.

44x14. Damn why didn't they make it 42x12? Black looks sharp.

If it had sapphire glass and was 100m water resistant, then I'd buy, but alas, watch makers need to get a brain and stop pennypinching.
I can understand... maybe?... not going with a sapphire crystal, but only because it appears that their target market is white-collar business people. I, however, have no sense of presense where it comes to my arms and am constantly bashing the crystal of my watch against hard metal or concrete points sticking out from walls or on the corners of random things. A mineral crystal just makes it pointless for me to buy this watch.
I really do love the appearance of the watch, though. It has a crisp, clean dial that I am drawn to. Besides the mineral crystal, I would have liked a model with the steel band, but with the white dial. I would just replace one of the tan leather bands with the steel one.

TipsyMacScotchslurpenYes, the steel bracelet would have been nice with both models. I too would have like the white dial but with metal.
