LED flashlight is useful when working at night, in a poorly lit garage, or on tires mounted on wheels with deep insets. Can’t tell you how frustrating it is to simultaneously handle a flashlight, pressure gauge, and inflator, particularly outdoors during an upper Midwest winter evening. Granted, i don’t know that is this a good value for a combo pressure gauge/flashlight.
If you ask me, I'd go for Topeak D2 SmartGauge. As opposed to this, Topeak measures up to 250PSI, has support for both Presta and Schrader valves. It also has spinning head so you can easily measure from any angle. Only downside is no light, but I doubt that's too useful.

This tool can only be used on cars and bicycles with wide tires (low pressure).

I doubt many people will need to read something over 100 PSI.

Your assumption is somewhat wrong. Road bikes with 23mm tires are inflated to 110PSI (7.5bar) and up. Ideally at 115PSI for best roll resistance. As the tire thickness goes down, optimal pressure goes up. Besides, tools should not be used close to their limits as that increases the risk of them being damaged. This tool is most likely aimed at car users or bikes with wider tires.
I also would like to know the accuracy...

Googling around I couldn't find it anywhere. I found the manual and it isn't in there either.
If it was particularly good I'd think they would advertise it.

What is the accuracy of this tire pressure gauge?
Adding in shipping and tax here, it was cheaper on Amazon with Prime.
Just 2 people bought it & no discussion. Is this no good or better/cheaper stuff available out there? Is this same as Kincrome?
