Most of the complaints I see about this pen all tend to revolve around the nib. It seems quality control and consistency in that area isn't exactly OHTO's strong point, and it's somewhat of a lucky dip as to whether you get a smooth reliable writing nib or not.
Also check out the photo's in the review which show another potential issue some will have with this pen - the rather dopey name of this model is written clearly on the cap! I would have been more forgiving of the name if they hadn't felt the need to plaster it on the pen itself :)
