Have a couple OHTO Dude from a previous order and love them, especially once I put good ink in. The barrel is too narrow for a standard international converter so I've take to refilling cartridges and/or using longer cartridges of ink from Pelikan. The connector at least is standard international and works great with cartridges, short or long, but beware of the confined inner width of the barrel when considering a converter, at least with the Dude. I can't speak to the other 3 on offer here.
