Established in 1929 in Tokyo, Japan, writing company OHTO is credited with many technical inventions, including the world’s first roller pen with a ceramic writing ball. The Poche, Rook, and Tasche fountain pens feature three distinct compact designs for your everyday carry.
Note: This drop is for two fountain pens. At checkout, you’ll have your choice of model and color for each: Poche in leopard or zebra; Rook in silver/orange; or Tasche in black, blue, pink, or silver. Quantities are limited. The Rook is discontinued and will not be available after stock is depleted. As the pens are prepared and shipped from Japan, the fulfillment time is approximately 2–3 weeks after the drop ends.
Both the Rook and Tasche measure just over 3.5 inches long when capped and extend to more than 5.5 inches when posted, thanks to their elongated aluminum caps. While the Tasche has a cylindrical barrel and grip, the Rook features an hourglass-shaped barrel and grip. The Poche measures just over 4 inches long when capped and extends to more than 5.6 inches when posted. All three pens feature a slim aluminum barrel, a fine stainless steel nib, and a cap topped with a Swarovski crystal. They accept international standard short cartridges but cannot take converters, due to their compact size.
