These will be my first fountain pens. Got a Rook and a Tasche in blue. Hopefully I like them and am able to actually write well with them (well, as well as I am able to).
smccloudNoodler's doesn't do cartridges. (Well, they have the 308 reusable cartridge designed for the Noodler's Ahab and sometimes the Noodler's Neponset, but that's a different beast.) Instead, once you use up one of the included cartridges, you can use a syringe with a blunt tip needle to refill the cartridge with whatever fountain pen ink you want. Goulet Pens sells a 2-pack of syringes for $5. You can reuse cartridges a few times before the mouth cracks or wears out too much.
