The Rook and Tasche I ordered from the last drop were also fine,With the pens I ordered, both wrote with a nice fine line. I was able to adjust the nib on the Rook for a slightly wider, wetter flow. Which is what I prefer to a fine. Both were smooth right out of the box. I was pleased with both pens offered and am happy that I was able to be able to order another set.
I am really considering getting 2 sets because I have a bad habit of giving pens away when someone admires mine and says "I've always wanted to try a fountain pen" .
*I should add, I think I read that someone had to do a little fine tuning on their pen. ? Although, it may have been a different pen/drop that I am thinking about.
