I have had mine now for a while as my EDC and LOVE IT! The size to power ratio is amazing. The weekend I installed 8 can lights in a buddy's kitchen. There was no light in the attic, but this little light clipped onto my ballcap and pumped out the light all day (I switched between 8 and 80 lumens as needed). I will be getting another couple is this drops again.

Ha, I was also bummed that it didn't come with a battery. Yeah, I know it never said it did, so no big deal. Just that just about every other flashlight I've bought here came with one, so it was second nature to expect one.
Also, the Limited Edition of this light had just dropped before this did. In addition to the special finishes, the LE included a battery and the light diffusing traffic wand. I thought this was the same package, but with the standard black finish.
What I'm really bummed about, though, is that it didn't come with the traffic wand. It seems the Limited Edition drop was a much better deal. For a modest price increase, you got the special finish S1 Baton, a battery, and the traffic wand.
While this is a great light regardless, I'm bummed it didn't come decked out with the same accessory package as the LE. It seems like it could have, given the price bump up to the LE seemed fairly modest in my memory.

I was confused by the lack of battery given the warning on the shipping box. But this is a great little flashlight and well worth the price!

Sure, the description didn't say battery included, BUT... it is listed in the specs along with lots of other things that ARE included. ALSO -- why ship it in a HUGE box with a big warning label that it contains a LithiumIon battery (which means shipping is different) when there isn't one inside???
Already blinded myself a few times with it. Worth.

You can get 8 cr123 batteries on amazon for about $15. So if you are buying them for $9 a piece you are getting ripped off.

Got mine today. Outer box and packing slip indicated lithium battery inside. Sadly that's not the case. I was under the impression battery was included when I ordered so this is very disappointing.

DavtraWhy is it that disappointing? You got a good deal on a flashlight that never said it was coming with a battery. Go buy a $2 battery and you still have a good deal.

UnwisefoolYes it was good deal and the light is very nice. Disappointing that paperwork stated battery enclosed. CR123A battery is more in the $9 range though.

Just received mine, great light! It was a little confusing seeing the packaging state that a lithium battery was inside and then finding none. But, oh well.
