Hey @hmichaelle! Thanks for the call out. If you only need the wood stand, then yes, the link you posted is cheaper by a couple bucks. The thing to note is that this drop includes two rulers for only an additional $2.51.
For any members that are in need of some new rulers this is a good deal. If not, then definitely check out the link above.

SandyLucasHi Sandy, that's my mistake. I apologize, I didn't realize it came with rulers. I thought it was just the wood ruler rack. So sorry!
