I usually don't do this. But do your selves a favor and don't get these phones. I've been a OnePlus customer for over 2 years ever since the One first came out. I own both phones.
The OnePlus 2 is terrible in many ways. I almost want to get a microsim and go back to the OnePlus One.
I'll start by saying most of the issues are likely with Oxygen OS. The OnrPlus One on Cyanogen used to work amazing.
One Plus 2's battery life is very weak although it's a huge battery in capacity.
Latest OS update causes phone to randomy restart and even more battery drain than before.
Their support is horrible... The phone is solid and I dropped it a few times, one of the times the camera glass broke(the part that covers and protects the lense)... The camera still works but it's blurry. When I contact support to see how much it would cost to fix the camera they were VERY vague about the cost.
They would only quote me for the cost of the part, explicitly stating that does not include "service, shipping, and additional fees"... When I wanted some sort of estimate they just sent back the same response.
For those of you curious, the camera part cost was $57... With " service, shipping and additional fees" that could easily add up to well over $100.
They take forever to respond.
Just not pleased at all.
