I had the OnePlus one and two. I sold each of them when I upgraded to other phones. My experiences with each phone has been great! I never had a software (Oxygen) or hardware issue. I flashed each phone several times and no issues. Their hardware quality is top notch and the Oxygen OS is pretty damn good. The only negative I can think of is that they are just now getting Marshmallow. Other than that, great experience! Hell, Im thinking of buying one as a backup phone :-)

jackwinsThe hardware and software are great! I actually stepped away from OnePlus due to the decreased quality of their support. They never picked up my package for a scheduled RMA, nor respond to my new tickets.

HyydraTry the forums. They are incredibly interactive with their community. Obviously try email too. I actually got a response on Twitter when I mentioned them in a tweet saying I ordered an OP2, so that was pretty cool!
But yeah, try the forums!
