I have this phone for 6 months, and it has been working for 3 months only. I spent the 3 others trying to solve the countless issues I had with software AND hardware issues, and of course with the customer service that is probably the worst I know. They changed the logic board and now the phone behaves nearly properly. I have to reboot it every couple of days otherwise it becomes super laggy and the apps crash randomly. And I don't use apps that cause heavy load on the system. The phone just has very bad RAM management. In fact I'm sincerely considering selling the phone to buy another one, maybe the Xperia Z5 or the new LG G5...

KnapnederSounds like you got a dud. I've had the OnePlus2 for about 6 months as well, and it has worked flawlessly. I think it froze once, but no lag, no crashing. Even though I drop it almost daily (I'm apparently really clumsy), it still looks and works as good as new. I switched from apple for the OP2, and I've never once regretted it.
