Does 4 ohm certified mean that these will work with 4 ohm speakers?

PhillyzwNo. Speaker impedance as reported is an average. A single speaker has an impedance that changes with frequency played. 4 ohm certified means it can drive speakers that transiently dip down to 4 ohm but are on average above that. A speaker with an average of 4 ohms may have dips down to 2 ohms which this amp cant do.
I wouldnt use these with anything other than 8 ohm speakers. Look at those 6 ohm specs: 10% THD!!! Might as well listen to speakers from a cell phone at that point.
