This is the full street price plus some waiting. The MSRP is a fiction used by manufacturers and vendors to fool prospective buyers into paying more than the true value. I bought this same knife from Knifeworks for the full real price of $59.90 delivered. They now have it for $52.95. Note: the carbon fiber is a sticker (aka: laminate) placed over G10. Frankly, this is an excellent knife but I prefer the nylon scale option due to cost and better traction on the grip. Knifeworks has the RAT 1 in D2 with nylon scales ranging between $33.95 and $36.95.
