Hey everyone,
ORCA is going through a some logistical changes with staff and warehouse as they grow and it's causing several unexpected delays. Since we can't get a specific date for fulfillment and don't know how long this might take we're going to cancel all orders for now and issue refunds to everyone. We will work to bring this drop back once they get situated with their new facilities and can offer this without delay.
We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and thank each of you for being a valuable part of the community. Refunds will be applied to your payment method shortly and you’ll receive an email from our Community Support team as soon as yours has been processed.

WOW- Massdrop... dropping the ball. Pun intended. This was a small order (under 10-20 units I believe) and Massdrop couldn't work with the vendor to make this happen? Massdrop should have just gone out and bought the damn coolers from the website and shipped them out. Waiting 2 months to find out "we will just have to refund you instead" is weak at best.

We've repeatedly been in touch with the vendor and they've informed us that they are still awaiting the proper units to package up and ship to complete the group's order. We will keep checking in until everything is prepared and turned around to each of you.

We've contacted the vendor once again this week to gain further insight into the shipping schedule for the group's order and they've let us know that an inventory error prevented the proper units from shipping last week as originally anticipated. We are working closely with the vendor to resolve the issue and will update the group as soon as the necessary units are on hand and ready to ship.

We've just heard back from the vendor once again regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are finalizing individual packages now and plan to have everything shipped out by the end of the week. We will check in with them then and update the group as soon as we've confirmed complete shipment.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect the group's individual packages to ship.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you.
