Well, let's hope we get some kind of cooler offering before next summer rolls around..
Hey everyone,

ORCA is going through a some logistical changes with staff and warehouse as they grow and it's causing several unexpected delays. Since we can't get a specific date for shipment of these final units and don't know how long this might take we're going to cancel all orders for now and issue refunds to everyone. We will work to bring this drop back once they get situated with their new facilities and can offer this without delay.

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and thank each of you for being a valuable part of the community. Refunds will be applied to your payment method shortly and you’ll receive an email from our Community Support team as soon as yours has been processed.
We've touched base with the vendor once again this week and they've let us know that all packages are prepared and just awaiting pickup now. We will be sure to follow up with them as soon as everything has departed and is on the way.

While we anticipated these packages leaving the vendor's facility late last week, it appears as though their recent warehouse move has further delayed processing of these shipments. We certainly understand that this wait time is undesirable and are doing everything we can to assist the vendor in ensuring these are en route as soon as possible. We will continue to follow up until this is remedied and all packages are on the way.

We touched base with the vendor again this week and it appears as though these units are finally on hand and ready to ship before the week's end. As always, we will check in and update the group as soon as we've confirmed that everything is en route.

We've heard back from the vendor once again and, unfortunately, these units did not arrive in time for shipment at the end of last week. We are continually seeking updates from them about this and will relay the latest news directly to the group when we receive it.

And they didn't start shipping on Friday did they ? Can I get a refund ? Over a month for the vendor to ship is insane.
We've remained in close contact with the vendor and they are now estimating that these units will be available for shipment before the end of the week. Of course we will continue to follow up with them and update the group once we've confirmed complete shipment.

Can we get an update please ? The order was submitted a month ago and still has not been shipped. It wasn't a 1000unit order so what is the holdup ?
What is taking so long? this is getting a little ridiculous.
