i dont understand this watch, it's like they built a window into the dial for the balance wheel and then just threw another random movement in there, displaying an arbitrary section of the movement.
cmbezlnI've seen this watch before - and I agree, it looks like a mistake. I have Orient watches - excellent quality and value - but this one I don't want. Maybe they named it because the balance wheel is 'eclipsed' by the bridge...

CrannNot the rectangular window - I agree, that's probably just a little added visual interest to focus on when you wind or set (assuming this can be conventionally wound - not all can) - No, I meant the round window - which at first glance you'd imagine a tourbillon, but more likely the balance wheel (to similar visual effect). But in this case, the balance wheel is blocked by a plate with holes - a bridge or balance cock maybe.
