I actually own an Orient 3 star and a ray 2 along with a ti seiko. I agree Orient offers a lot of bang for the buck and have considered a bambino also many times. The ray is probably my current favorite although the seiko is a nice daily wear being lightweight. Ill be honest the howard isnt a model ive heard of before this drop but after watching some videos online I thought it looked good enough for the price point and really have been wanting an exhibition caseback watch. If you have any suggestions for other watches to look at id be interested.

I got an older "Da Vinci SL" (a 37mm automatic with a black dial, date, on a bracelet (but switched to a maroon alligator strap)). Bought it at a jewelry/pawn shop in Raleigh, NC. An early Christmas present from my wife, that went on my credit card! LOL

Fathertime1961I have exactly the same watch. It came with a white dial and bracelet but was visiting IWC in Schaffhausen and asked if they could change the dial to black. Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by 4.30 pm in afternoon. I still have the bracelet but wear it with a darker brown or black strap now. Outlines the structure of the watch better with a strap
