I receive a template response from massdrop attached below.
I am waiting for a final response for confirmation of delivery or offer of refund by 13th November 2017 1200 hrs at +08:00 GMT. If I don't receive any I'm doing a chargeback. Not wasting my time with delaying tactics seeing as no public announcement was made at all.
