I was looking for a Seiko Skx007 (with metal bracelet), how does this watch compare? I recently got the Bambino on here.

simon510Depends on what you're looking for. Imho, the Orient ray is more of a dress diver. While the Orient will do just fine in the water, the SKX007 is an actual ISO certified diver.

simon510I dont think the 007 has solid metal links...they are folded..the rays links are solid though..and relatively easy to size ....I didnt have the correct tool at the time....I used a seam ripper and that worked fine

simon510On a bracelet, I think the SKX007 is decently dressy. It's sort of iconic in the <$200 price range. There's a bit of a community around that watch--plenty of accessories and mods available.
