I would like to buy an entry level automatic watch for my 14 year old son to wear every day as he starts high school. I'd like to be under $400. He would like a blue dial & metal bracelet. This almost fits the bill but not quite and I don't own an Orient watch so unsure of quality/performance.
Does anyone have a reccomendation?

watchkookI bought my first Orient Automatic a few months ago from www.longislandwatch.com. It is a really good looking watch and you can just feel it is made of quality materials and put together well even though the watch I bought is a cheaper model. The movement is pretty accurate out of the box also, mine tends to run around 3 seconds fast per day so after a few weeks I have to set it back a bit. Pretty standard for automatic watches. Long Island Watch has a very large selection of Orient automatic watches and I'm sure you'll be able to find something your son would like for well under $300. In fact they have a lot that are in the $100 - $200 range. Fast shipping and great customer service too I highly recommend them

mcrist89"Problem" with Long Island the good Orient watches are always sold out and takes forever to restock.Otherwise they have a stellar rep for watches.
