lyheng1981These are probably grey market watches that don't have any warranty because is not sold through authorized dealer. For the price is a good deal even without warranty.
lyheng1981Practically everything Orient watch sold outside of maybe Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and Saudi Arabia is "grey market". Their turf is home countries with questionable infrastructure and even more questionable IP enforcement. This is the aspirational luxury status watch of highly successful taxi drivers and SIM card hawkers the world over and the distribution model reflects that. There won't be an official Orient Store you can just walk into and a highly paid "Genius Bar" employee with an Orient-monogrammed shirt diagnoses the watch on the spot with his portable timegrapher. Even so-called "Orient USA" is not actually Orient (as in the Japanese watch company), it's just some random guy from SoCal who used Google Translate and an email account to acquire the rights to the name. Not sure why MassDrop would be any different.
It's a pretty reliable, non-fake, non-Seagull retrograde automatic for $350, isn't that good enough?
sockpuppyThanks for the detailed reply.
After some searches, I'm pretty much sold for the beauty of this piece.
Also, considering that this orient not only restricted to US shipping. 😉
