StelOK... I'll bite. Too basic compared to what? Just in terms of looks or in terms of features? Too basic for the price?

Just the look the look is very flat. Even the look of the movement in the back is flat brass. Orient could have at least put a sticker of their logo there.

StelIt's mentioned the display back being tinted. That's probably why it looks like brass.
