Mine came in today, great build quality, not polarized, and the maker mark is not nearly as pronounced as it appears in the photos.

LLOne reviewer there says they aren't polarized, the other says they are. Usually every pair of glasses you see on here is basically a thin piece of plastic surrounded by a cheap wood or wire frame. Would be surprised if these were polarized.
Also all of their glasses on amazon that are polarized have "polarized" in the title for the model. The ones that are not do not have it in the title. I mean they are basically Perry Ellis so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
