i've been burned before when i ordered Dolch off of originative's website last year (and had to call my bank for a refund after several months). it's not even about not having the product in stock or taking several months to deliver. it's the unprofessional douchebaggery like not answering emails and pretending to be away when your customer asks you what the status is. don't run away from your problems. confront them.
with that said, i'm generally willing to forgive and forget and give people a second chance. let's see how it goes :-)
