The belt just arrived. Seems well enough constructed; however the dye job is inconsistent (non-external but still visible surfaces are visibly undyed), the buckle wobbles and doesn't seem terribly confident in its job. However, my biggest complaint is the fit. The ordering instructions recommend ordering a size above your waist size. Makes sense, so I did. The belt arrives and I find that I'm only able to secure the belt on the first hole and that is too tight. I really don't care about the belt size number, but I would like some options to loosen my belt a notch after a big dinner. Frankly I'm quite disappointed and will be reaching out to see if this can be remedied.

jnkwhite57Just a quick update on the previous post. After reaching out to Massdrop support, I received a reply within a few hours and a new (larger) belt was in the mail the next day. I applaud the Mass Drop support crew, particularly Hilary, who communicated clearly and often as they very quickly resolved my concerns.
