Received mine last night. Measured exactly as they recommended here and on their website. The measurement I got was 36" to middle hole, so that's what I ordered. This thing is at least 2" too small. OK for me because I can pass it along to my son that it fits, but next time I'd recommend using their measurements and adding at least an additional 2", if not 4".

DrFrancosame here. i called orion and they said it should measure 36 inches to the middle hole. the belt measured out, so i guess it just runs small. i've never ordered a 38 belt (34 pants) but you should ORDER TWO SIZES UP.

DrFrancoI ordered one size up (waist 28, ordered 30) and initially the belt barely fit on the last hole as well. However, when I measured the belt end (not buckle) to middle hole, it was exactly the same length as the one by the british belt co. I'm guessing the combination of shorter buckle and thicker/stiffer leather is causing this to wear shorter than its size, even compared to other belts.
