I would definitely like to see pics of this on a man with small wrists. I was super tempted to buy it since I have 6" wrists, but in the end chickened out because of the lack of pictures out there. I guess I could pick one up and hand it down to the GF.

CeeCab705Received mine today. Was expecting to give it to mom should it not fit. My ladies friend said it looks fine on my hand and it will be a bit heavy on theirs. A shot on a male wrist.

YewweiHey Yewwei, thanks for posting. I received mine too and I think the head looks great on my 6" wrist. The strap, however, tapers a bit too much, like others have said. I have no problem rocking it like this until I get a custom leather strap for it. If the girlfriend ever wants to borrow it, she's welcome to.

YewweiI'm going to see if I can get measurements this weekend and come up with some ideas for the strap. I was refered to clover straps, but I have no idea how good the quality of his work is. I did hear that I could stay under $100, which is great considering most custom straps can be 2x as much. I can be the guinea pig if you'd like.

CeeCab705Update: I did wear the watch to work and the taper of the Oris strap is growing on me. It almost doesn't bother me. I guess it seemed weird because none of my other watches taper as much.

CeeCab705You are right on the tapering down. Just think of it as a fitbit watch. In fact, the watch is growing on me. Its really comfortable.

YewweiI cut up a cheap canvas strap I had lying around. The lug width is 8mm and it is 2mm from the center of the screw pin to the outside of the lug. I ended up cutting 5mm off each end, and a about 3mm from the center of the hole in towards the strap. I gotta say that it looks a hell of a lot better. I think I may try cutting a Colareb strap since they can be found for around $40 on Amazon. Here are some pics of what I did...

YewweiHere's my strap solution, for now. It's a Bonetto Centurini 300D that I got from Holben's for around $35 shipped. I notched it and it looks perfect since it is 18mm throughout. This is what it looks like...

CeeCab705Wow! Good job at removing the extra bits to fit the lug, nice indeed. I'm still with the original strap though. Doesn't seem to bother and nobody notice it anyway. For a short moment, i have this idea of DIY a custom leather straps. That would be a whole journey by itself. To be continued i guess......

CeeCab705Hello, may I ask how you put the screw bar pins back after taking them apart. I cant seem to screw them back no matter how I try. After inspecting the screws with a magnifier, it seems as though there are no threads at all on the screw..

CeeCab705Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure...but the screws required quite a lot of force to unscrew initially. I havent been able to put them back since then... They now look like this under the loupe.

CeeCab705I see... Are the screws supposed to be longer than that? Do you turn counterclockwise to unscrew it and clockwise to screw? I'm planning to order a new set of screw pins and want to be sure I don't make the same mistake again...
