I received this watch a couple of months (or so) ago, and I really love it. I've gotten over the cut-off 3 that I thought might drive me insane. Unfortunately, the watch seems to have an issue when hand winding. It didn't have this initially, it started a few weeks ago, where when I hand wind it, most of the time, the rotor will catch and spin while winding. It's quite annoying, but it doesn't appear to affect the function or time-keeping ability of the watch. Nonetheless I'd like to have it corrected and given Massdrop isn't an Oris retailer, I'm not sure how to go about having it checked out and repaired if needed. So, questions - has anyone else had this issue? And, suggestions on going about getting it serviced and/or repaired? Thank you.

DuckguySounds like the reversing wheels are sticking. Common problem. I'd stop handwinding it though if you don't wanna do damage.

HugeolThat was my guess. Thanks for the input. I hand wind it out of habit so I'll have to try and break myself of that. And maybe get it serviced sometime.

First time getting an oris and massdrop. All went well compare to another site i got my tissot which charging me double of the handling ans shipping fee. 2weeks+ for shipping to Malaysia with good packaging. Passed custom without getting taxed. Watch is superb. Only thing is the strap is slightly too long for my small Asian wrist.

Just received mine. The crown seems to be quite shaky and not aligned properly after unscrewed. anyone has the same experience?

just arrived. Great watch. Agree wears small and gotta say I like the strap. My expectations were low with discussion below but with time suspect the shiny will dissipate and it will be a handsome strap. The watch itself is gorgeous. Great numeral visibility. I also dig the reflection in the face.
