did anyone else receive a kayak with bow deck straps that are too short to reach the snap?
My rear ones are fine, but both in front are at least a 1/2 inch too short. I sent pictures to Oru and got a pretty video on how a correctly built one easily goes together. No response from them after that.
Currently all I've got is a very expensive piece of corrugated plastic board.
