Sorry but these just don't sound right to my ears. They look cool as hell but lackluster bass and treble that's drilling through my brain makes me want to take them off pretty quick. On the other hand the TTPOD T1-E IEM which is way cheaper actually sounds decent, listening to them now with Pink Floyd pretty enjoyable for such a pretty cheap IEM. Of course if I compare them to the Shure SE846 no comparason but at over 10X's the price.

uruma72Personally, I find the amount of bass these produce to be nice compared to my GR07 Bass Editions. They have some decreased treble compared to the VSonics which I personally find to be easier on the ears (I tend to shy away from harsher highs). The bass is good IMO given the lack of isolation (a bit more than the GR07s). I also bought the TTPODs and I much prefer the OSTRYs to them. The TTPODs to my ears seemed to have a similar (maybe slightly more) amount of bass and were a bit more muffled in the mids and treble. Overall, I see both the T1-E and the KC06A as great value IEMs.

grumpy1471I agree with you. I have the TTPODs as well, and these are definitely my choice out of the two.

uruma72Actually they don't sound to bad once I put the right ear pads on so they fit a lot better. I do agree on the cable build quality looks like it would break easy.
