YouTube unboxing:
Recommended? A resounding YES from me! Only caveat? These are NOT designed to isolate well. I find this to my advantage, however, as I use them whenever I'm out and about, thereby still aware of my surroundings whilst immensely enjoying my music.
P.S. Still personally own both the KC06 & KC06A. Questions? Ask away!

NaveedRiaziatI've read good things about the sound of these, and I personally like the over-ear design better. The beyerdynamic iems to me look like they are too large to be comfortable, but that much of the product is subjective.

PolygonWhen you say "not designed to isolate" what are you comparing them to? I'm coming from Soundmagic E10 (being the best price to performance at the time of purchase) and they only have passive isolation. Are they comparable?

Jack_CarverPut it this way, with the music playing, irrespective of the fit/seal, the KC06/KC06A is designed to allow sound in, but not leak sound out. In other words, outside noise is nearly always relatively audible (e.g. cars, buses, etc.), but whatever it is you're listening to won't leak out for others to hear. If at all familiar, they're akin to Sony's EX series, in that their isolation is similar to a half-earbud design earphone than one that blocks out most incoming sounds. Surprisingly enough, this in no way interferes with their enjoyment, as they're very capable performers even though isolation is compromised.
