Is it just me or is the use of the rising sun flag cringe worthy?

Network2501the rising sun flag is hated by the koreans, as well, because of its use during the japanese invasion and occupation of korea, and all the horrors they inflicted. eg. 'comfort' women, biological testing, assassinations, forceful namechanges to japanese names, the attempted eradication of the korean language and all written literature.
