We just touched base with our vendor and have some unfortunate news to share with everyone. Our order is going to be delayed due to a supply constraint on requisite materials. Right now, their best estimate is that our order will be ready to ship during the first week of March. They have assured us that they will do everything in their power to speed up this timeline, but this is currently their best estimate. With transit time from their location being a week, we should expect fulfillment towards the middle of March.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for your order and want to have it cancelled, please reach out via the "Contact Support" button in your transactions page. https://www.massdrop.com/transactions
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 2/29 or sooner if something comes up.

ArthurMShould compensate people their shipping fees and/or some percentage. We paid for a product and understood it would take some time and had an estimated date. Now that date is getting pushed out 2ish months. That's unacceptable and there needs to be some sort of action taken to rectify this with your customers.
tsukiHey guys I understand this delay is unfortunate, but both Massdrop and Signature Plastics have really stepped up to get something unique created for the people that joined in on this. Ultimately not many of the kits tipped, and it was a pretty difficult process to get everything smoothed out for the production of something on such a small scale. All of this is causing the extra wait, but I understand if it's too long and you can contact Support for the option of a full refund.

YanboWuI understand the situation. My point is that there needs to be an option for those of us who wish to keep our order but are dissatisfied with the customer service. Refund or wait is not taking care of customers. Shipping should be refunded for sure as the estimated arrival time is not being met and there should be a 5%-15% refund of the actual order.
tsukiThis really makes zero business sense when it comes to any custom set. Furthermore, I know from a lot of experience that delays happen more often than not when it comes to custom keycap sets. It is really something that often times cant be helped. From a business point of view Massdrop does offer a full refund, which if more than you'd ever get from a forum run GB. If they were to give everyone a partial refund simply because a set was delayed they would quicky loose all kinds of money, and eventually be forced to stop running custom sets all because of delays that were out of their hands. Again, the delay has nothing to do with "customer service." Offering you a FULL REFUND is customer service, waiting on a set that was delayed for reasons out of their hands is just part of knowing that ordering a custom set will not lead to instant gratification, and knowing waiting is inevitable.

tsukiI missed this drop and don't know the price, but if anyone wants to sell their "spot in line" I'm very interested in 61% caps or even alphanumerics. Thanks!
