Good pants. I got a pair on the last drop. Light, breathable and fairly durable. Careful when bushwhacking though ... mine ripped during a bushwhack through thick alders in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. It happened during a fall with a 35lbs pack on. All my weight was essentially hanging from the pants. So they didn't exactly rip "easily". Overall, I love these and ordered another pair. Better colour options this time too. See photo.

gnarledcouleeI have the same OR pants and they wearing through in areas, but only after rock scrambling all over with them. I was kinda surprised what they put up with.
Basically it seems these pants are great as long as you aren't going to beat on them. Otherwise choose something a bit thicker. For basic backpacking and hiking these are great.
