I have this jacket, and it's awesome. You can read lots of online reviews, but it's basically the smallest, lightest, breathable rain jacket out there. If you put it inside your bag or clip it to the outside, you'll forget it's there until it starts raining. It's breathable as thin pieces of plastic go, but that's a relative term and it can still get a little stuffy. Upside is that I wore it in sub-40 temperatures at Yellowstone a couple of weeks ago (because I didn't check the forecast and had no other outerwear) and stayed surprisingly comfortable.
The one big catch is that there are no hand pockets. This doesn't actually sound as significant as it turns out to be, given that you're really only going to wear this jacket at times when your hands are likely to be cold and/or wet. It's still a great jacket, but plan to carry some light gloves somewhere, too.
In exchange for no hand pockets, you get one zippered breast pocket and one interior pocket with a spot of velcro. This jacket's ninja move is that the entire things stuffs into that interior pocket, even though it looks like that wouldn't be possible. The secret is to start turning the pocket inside out and use your fingers to stuff the jacket in little by little. When you take it out it will be wrinkled to hell, but after a few minutes of wearing it smooths out again.
One final pro/con is that the hood has some stiff material in the brim to hold its shape, and this is very nice. The catch there is that it will never be completely flat after the first time you stuff it in the pocket. Not a big deal, but just don't expect to look like the catalog model.
