Hi All,
We still have not received an updated ship date from the vendor. You should have received two emails, one on 5/3 and one on 5/12 offering you the option to cancel out of this order if you don't want to wait. If you missed these emails, please check your spam or junk folders. You may also reach out to Customer Support directly to resolve this.
We apologize for this delay and to date are still waiting to hear back from the vendor on when the manufacturer will be able to ship the units.

SandyLucasThe last email I received stated we'd be given a status update 6/6 if not sooner. Did I miss an email? I'm guessing not, as I'd assume Massdrop fell short of delivering a timely communication to it's customer, as promised. At this point we should be being provided priority customer service for the time we've been waiting for our paid orders.
Also, continually offering to "cancel our order" is not helpful. We obviously want the product we've already purchased. What we need from you is communciations as promised and a higher level of customer service. I joined Massdrop in 2015 and I have told SO MANY people about it. It's obvious you're growing rapidly, kudos. Unfortunately, your customer service has fallen flat here, and I will not be a customer after this drop is finally completed.
