Received my fz1000 yesterday! I only had time to start setting it up so there's not much I can say, but everything seems in working order. Note: there was no owners manual in English despite there being versions in 6 other languages. Fortunately plugging in the DVD allows you to download the PDF version. There are also easily available versions online.

PaulSantosYes. I live in Pennsylvania. It seems like it shipped from Ohio. I think the drop ended March 2nd so you can see it only took 7 days for the order processing and shipping combined.
