The G85 with this kit lens is $800 on both B&H and Amazon. It comes with a warranty, 30-day return policy, and faster shipping if you buy it from one of those websites. So I recommend canceling the purchase on Massdrop and buying it there instead.

This is the international version, which is important to note. It won't have a warranty in the US, and it can only shoot 30 minutes of video at once.

Since it's already past the estimated ship date and it seems nothing has been shipped yet, can we have an update? I did want to have my camera before an upcoming trip so if it'll be significantly delayed I'd like to have time to make other arrangements.

I'm flying out on March 13th and would love to bring this camera on vacation with me. Infact, my purchasing decision depends on whether or not I'd get it before March 13th. Anyone know their shipping speeds for Massdrop/Panasonic?

Yeah after more research I went back and rejoined the drop and cancelled the m50. Canon always finds a little way to mess up an otherwise great body! Can't beat their lenses though.

xfizzleFYI, If you want to use the M50 for vlogging or similar uses, the auto focus is very poor! It's not up to the same standard as other Canon cameras. I'd wait to see if they release an update which fixes the issues.
