Outfitted with a professional Sony Starvis sensor, the GoSafe S780 records in 150-degree wide angle 1080p HD in front, and 180-degree wide angle HD in the rear. The result? Crisp, clear HD footage of anything you encounter at the wheel. With the built-in G-sensor, the cam will automatically save your video files in the event of a crash. You can even view the feed from both cameras side by side with the split screen feature. Other key features include high-temperature battery protection, stop sign recognition, a driver fatigue alarm, and a lifetime of firmware upgrades as the product gets better over time. It even comes with a microSD card to get you started. If you want to connect the dash cam to GPS or to your tire pressure, there are accessories to do so as well.

Optional Tire Pressure Monitoring System (+ $65)
Monitoring your vehicle’s tires reduces the risk of accidents, improves fuel efficiency, extends the life of tires, and minimizes wear on the suspension of your car. The Papago TPMS does just that and more. It plugs directly into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter and alerts you when a tire is overheating, if its pressure is too high or too low, or if the system’s battery is almost expired. It doesn’t require professional installation, either. Just attach a sensor to each tire, plug in the main unit, and you’re ready to go. The integrated USB port allows you to charge other devices at the same time, too.
