It looks like a few group members haven't received tracking for their orders. It is showing as shipped on our system, but there is no movement on the tracking front. We appreciate the community bringing this to our attention. We will get this problem resolved, but in the meantime have shipped out another set of orders for those that haven't received tracking yet.
These will be packed up and shipped out first thing tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience and expect an email with new tracking info tomorrow.

This drop has been so slow, even for Massdrop standards. A UPS issue/delay is not something Massdrop can necessarily control, but the overall process of order fulfillment on this site is pretty shitty. I hope to see it improve, and I also hope to see a clear return policy option in place before I order anything else in the future.
The site has grown very quickly. It seemed to me that the whole idea of this group buying concept was to get as many people as possible participating. So nobody can tell me that they didn't foresee the possibility of needing to scale service with demand. I've enjoyed participating for the most part so far, but unless I see some consistent improvements, I won't bother again. Saving a few dollars doesn't compensate for whenever fulfillment, and a hazy return policy. Not when Amazon exists.

Where is my order? I have orders from Massdroo previously and never had to wait this long. Can you please send an update in the status? It's been over a month since he end of this sale.

I ordered the 2" expecting it to be 2" in diameter. I haven't done EPP before so I had no idea that I would end up with these huge ones. Disappointed, but wondering if I just didn't read carefully.

Quick update for the group, the bulk order hasn't quite arrived at our warehouse just yet due to a late shipment by UPS. The new estimated arrival date that we are seeing from UPS is 7/22. It looks like the package was misdirected at some point, but is now back on track.
We will keep a close eye on tracking and update the group as soon as the bulk order arrives.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 7/16. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/17 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Paper Piecing Kit and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/17.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/10.
