Can anybody guide me better on how these fit? I have wide feet. I wear a 11.5 US in Nike's which I know usually run a half size large, and I wear a 10.5 in Clark's which usually run a full size down. In North Face Boots i'm 11.5. Should I go with an 11 or 11.5?
Nice looking boot for sure, but the moment I saw the price, I knew half sizes would be and issue and Wides would be non-existent. I WASN'T WRONG, ON EITHER SCORE!
wanted the olive version in size 10 or 9.5 US but I don't see them as an option. They aren't grayed out as well as if they're sold out. It just seems like they were never an option I guess...not sure if anyone else had this issue. It only seemed to be present in the olive colour. Maybe they just don't make olive in sizes 9.5 and 10 ?
Bought the PARC City low cut chukka back around October, but they started separating from the sole after few wears (see pic). Apparently MD gives you 30-days from receiving date to issue a return for such defect, unfortunately I contacted them too late, so I have to fix them now. So probably if you decide to buy then wear them often to detect if there's a defect
How water resistant are these boots? Being advertised as a winter boot, I'm surprised that they are not waterproof since winter typically involves wet/snowy/icy conditions. Would I be able to step through a puddle with no concern for getting my feet wet?
Red Wings for me run about a half a size big, compared to most of my other shoes/boots. I'm usually between a 9.5 and a 10, and for Red Wings i'm always 9.5 with enough room for thick socks, while here i'd be a size 10 to have the same room/comfort. Hope that helps!
