TomasVI have the same situation in black, no logo on the tongue or bottom. Box seems like a knockoff copied all of their images and tired to pass it off as the real thing. There also seems to be some sort of glue in some of the faux shearling lining. The right shoe also seems to be smaller than the left. Doesn't give one confidence that this is the real thing for a good deal.
ChrisM-IAPlease rest assured these are coming directly from the vendor; all events we hosted with Parc City Boot Co. are official. I'll try to get an answer for you guys soon. Thanks for the flag!
TomasVI also noticed both shoes seem to be made differently, which is making them fit and look different. The stitching is not identical, and neither is the spacing.
TomasVAny headway on this? I really want to like these, as I did buy two pairs, but with all the inconsitincies in the appearance and fit, it's hard. Really don't know if these are genuine just with defects, or knockoffs.
MadraiHey Madrai, I got word back from the vendor. These are from an earlier production that didn’t include the branding - they’re absolutely official and coming directly from Parc City Boot Co. though. If it’s still too much of a discrepancy, contact our support team and we’ll help you out as soon as we can.
TomasVThank you, @TomasV ! Who's support team are we supposed to contact, Parc City Boot Co or Massdrop? Do you have an email or phone number? Did they mention what our options are?
ChrisM-IAYou should contact us Massdrop. You can do that from our website, if you go to your icon in the top right, you have a bunch of options including Settings and Help Center.
