For stitching EPP, I always use a #11 straw needle and a neutral Bottom Line thread. If you use large needles, you make large holes and fine thread which is strong will make a great job with no stitching showing on the right side. make stitches about 1/16" apart.

I've only ever done hexies and diamonds before with EPP. Can't wait to receive these templates to make new shapes.
