"HEIRLOOM seed vault" implies a much longer shelf life than 5 years! That said, it still seems decent for the price. Is it possible to significantly increase shelf life?

TheRavenKeep em cool and dry for maximum longevity(so your fridge/basement/underground bomb shelter). I imagine the 5 years is how long they can guarantee a certain yield%.
