Thinking about the price of this bundle. That bag is gorgeous. That is something unique these guys bring to the table. The strap and tripod are almost afterthought bonuses - there is nothing unique there.
The tripod looks to be very similar to a bunch of other brands that sell for a lot less that the $150 somebody mentioned here (or the price they are charging at the 3legged website). Fair price is more like $100. The bottom part of this tripod is amazing, solid, and incredibly flexible once you learn how to flip it around and unscrew a few parts.
The parts all look to be very similar to the other brands - the design is exactly the same. If you are using lightweight cameras (not dSLR), the head is probably good enough. If you are using a camera with any mass at all, you'll need to buy a new head for the tripod. The problem with the head is the ball is not well machined and the quick release has no safety catch or dovetail slot on it - if you loosen the knob on the head, the camera will pop right out. It is not a secure mount.
