TylerI thought that I had followed up on my first experience with Massdrop and never did. After recieving a partial order I reached out to Customer Support and their response was professional, fast, and right. They sent me a plate that was missing from my order right after reaching out and I'm happy that I bought from MD in the first place and they'll recieve my bussiness again.

The group's order ended up arriving earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. We anticipate the remaining handful going out by the end of the week and we'll be sure to confirm once we've shipped everything complete!

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 2/1.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

It’s a go! Thanks to all of you for being a part of this successful drop. We have submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Peak Design Capture P.O.V. Action Mount. They are currently preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey, we’ll separate everything into individual orders and send them out to you! We expect your orders will be in transit from our warehouse by 2/5.
In the meantime, we’ll do everything we can to update you on information we receive from the vendor about your order status so you know the location of your order throughout the process.

The group’s order was picked up from the vendor and is now on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Given the tracking information provided, our warehouse team expects the shipment to come in by 12/14 and will be ready to get the order repacked and off to you as soon as it comes in.
Occasionally the shipment experiences a delay en route, but rest assured that we will keep the group updated throughout the entire process and let you know if something causes it to be set back.
