hang on. IF this CapturePRO Camera Clip (which is kind of Mk II) is going to be upgraded soon, according to Peak Design - "CapturePRO will soon boast a new quick-release plate, one that we call the Pro Plate. The Pro Plate will be 4-way ARCA compatible, but also have adapters that allow it to fit in most Manfrotto RC-2 tripod heads. It features a new low profile design, and 4 strap loops that are specially positioned for our Anchor Link connectors."
Does it really make much sense to go for Mk II at this price range (even with this discount) if for $150 we can get Slide + Clutch + CapturePRO Mk III?

gamaYou're going to have to make that decision for yourself and if you want to wait till estimated October to get the new version.

gamaHmm, I don't have Manfrotto Tripod so the new Plate doesn't seem to add any value to me other than it looks good. The clutch, however, looks much more comfortable than the current cuff. Decision.. decision..
